Finding a Stock in Data Type with partial name
I’m using the Stock and Currency data types from Excel and having a hard time looking for the right syntax to use for any Ticker. I’m in Argentina, and that is making things a lot more complicated.
The Data Type Search will not find any partial results. Let’s say I want to find GGAL, so I start looking for XBUE:GGAL. The search function will find nothing, even if the syntaxis is partially correct. The correct ticker is XBUE:GGAL3 (in ARS) or XBUE:GGALD3 (in USD). But I I don’t know from somewhere else, I will neve be able to find it with a partial search.
Now if I want to find a bond like the AL30, that should be XBUE:AL30D3 o something like that. But I can’t find the correct ticker and the search will show no suggestions.
So does anyone know the ticker to the AL30 bond?
Does anyone know of a complete ticker list for excel?
Thanks
