How to Change Country in Developer Legal Info
We discovered a former employee accidentally entered incorrect company address info into the Developer section of Legal Info in our Microsoft partner portal. We tried changing it, but Microsoft won’t allow us to save our US address because it thinks we’re in the UK. The Developer section does not allow you to change the country. I followed all steps offered by Copilot (as indicated in Microsoft KB) by submitting official business documents, even our federal DUNS information, but Microsoft kept denying us even though we used the same info to get verified as a Partner. Now they said we’ve run out of attempts and we’re stuck.
Does anyone know how to fix this or who we can contact to get help from a real person?
