I’m looking to optimize the organization of my files on my “External Hard Drive” by grouping and renaming folders efficiently. Here’s an overview of what I want to accomplish:

1. Instead of manually navigating through each main folder, I’m seeking a method to display all subfolders within each main folder simultaneously. This would streamline the process of managing multiple files efficiently.  

2. Within my “Main Movie Folders,” each contains four additional folders, namely “.actors,” “extrafanart,” “extrathumb,” and a folder currently labeled as “Random Text,” which I plan to rename to “Featurettes.” 

3. Ideally, I envision using a file management tool that supports checkboxes for selecting multiple folders at once. This will allow me to easily batch rename folders and files. 

4. By organizing the content in this manner, I aim to simplify the process of renaming all “.mp4” files within the newly labeled “Featurettes” folders collectively as “Trailer.mp4.” 

5. My goal is to enhance productivity and streamline the file organization process by automating these tasks using a combination of the appropriate tool or scripting approach.
