I have failed to renew action pack and then raise a ticket with ID 2409200010001268. Still not got the solution I need. All they do is call and let me know that nobody is doing anything.

Then I have raised another ticket with ID 2409200010001268 and still no update. I want to talk to any manager and want to know why Microsoft wants its partner to leave the platform?!?
