How to move entire inbox to a different account?
One of our employees recently resigned – I’d like to essentially keep a copy of their inbox somewhere. Is it possible to transfer all of their emails to a folder in my account? Is there a better way to handle this? I want to make this process repeatable if future employees leave – saving their inbox.
