After upgrading my operating system to 23H2, I noticed a new persistent presence on my taskbar – Copilot Preview. Despite my attempts to remove the icon, it keeps reappearing. Although Copilot does not seem to be actively running, it is located in the Program FilesWindowsApps directory, where I am unable to access or modify its permissions. I am now considering whether it is safe to delete all Copilot files, as the application does not appear in any of my uninstallers. I located all the related files using Everything.
