i need your help to count the accrue interest and tag customer which its a new customer or recurring.

i need to count the accrue interest in column H with condition as below:
1. if the status in column “J” is “unpaid”, hence i need the formula of accrued interest running until the status changed to paid.

2. the loan tenor is 30 days, so the accrue interest should start from day 1 after disburse date until loan due date.

3. if the loan is unpaid until the due date, column H also need to calculate the late fee but with condition that if days past due (column K) is between day 1-5 it wont calculate the late fee, late fee only occurs in day 6, which is [1 day*0.05%*disburse amount], if the days past due (column K)  is 7 hence the formula is [2 days*0.05%*disburse amount]

also for column I, i need to have a formula where if the customer name in column A is the first to came hence the status in column I is “New” but if the customer name cames up again for the 2nd time then its a “recurring”

let me know im not clear because english is not my 1st language, i can try to rephrase my word later..
