i have done windows 11 insider program new build and quality update today, ..form then i am facing some issues

major issue:

1. My battery indicated does not increase, while the plugged battery level stays at the same level and does not increase. and turn off when i unplug charger… seems missing of driver ac adapter

2. not able to access device manager

3. not able to perform troubleshooting for any issues. Please check this as soon **bleep** possible; its an urgent and seeking high importance in assisting me and solve this **bleep** quick as possible
