I keep getting the following error message: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. Because of this: You can’t create a support request for this topic because you do not have access to the Account Settings workspace.

I do not know what else to do, regular microsoft support cannot help me and I cannot contact the Partner Center support.
