Trying to update an email account to new IMAP and SMTP details and you can’t do that because that feature does not exist, the only option is to delete the account and start over.

However, there are emails only on the machine in outlook for the account that we need to keep, which wouldn’t be a problem in the old outlook, we could just export them…but not with new outlook, now we can’t export files because once again that feature does not exist.

Why would they release such an incomplete product and tell people it’s new and improved?

Ended up downloading a different mail app for the new email address just so we could keep the old emails, such a farce.
