OneDrive shared folder problem
I’m using Microsoft Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft 365 up to date. I’m also using the latest version of the OneDrive application. I normally use two shared folders for which I have a shortcut in “My files”. Everything works fine online, but since June the synchronisation on my computer has started giving me problems. The shortcut to the two shared folders jumps me to an online view and doesn’t open the computer folder as it did before. I’ve tried all the ways described in the support (reset, restart, disassociate computer, reinstall application) and nothing has worked. What else can I do to overcome this problem?
