With the new planner, a user can create and manage a personal planboard. This planboard can be shared with an existing team (group), giving all team members access to it.

Q1: When the user leaves the organization and the user account is terminated, will the plan remain available while the owner is no longer active, and can the plan be deleted without the initial owner?
Q2: Sharing can be done with an existing Teams group or by creating a new group. Most organizations do not allow users to create new separate groups. Is sharing with individuals coming soon? Currently, the options are to share with a complete group or not at all. If not, users will be urged to create a new team to share a planboard.
