Good morning, I have a problem with tasks in Microsoft Outlook.

I would like to create a task in Outlook where an Exchange account is configured. Then I would like to send it to an email created with outlook.com but when the email arrives it is a simple attachment, and the text of the email is cut off. If instead I send the created task to another address of my same domain it works regularly.
I also tried to create a task from an outlook.com address by sending it to another outlook.com email, but even in this case it arrives as an attachment and with the text cut off.
is this normal?
The function I need only works within my domain because it is paid?

I tried with Outlook 365 and with Outlook 2019.
