Rescheduling an appointment bug, won’t allow users to reschedule within their booking time
I services available for users to self book that have a 2 hr minimum booking time.
If a user tries to reschedule their booking within that time it will not allow them, they have to cancel their booking completely and book again.
e.g. A service is available from 10am – 6pm. A user books a service from 10am (10am – 12pm) , they go to reschedule the booking to start at 11am instead (making it 11-1pm). They get message that says “This time is no longer available. Please choose another one” however they are the user that has booked that time.
Is this a bug or is there something that I can change in the settings for this service that will allow users to reschedule within their booking time?
