Is there a way to create a ‘yes to all’ button to e-mail to colleagues who can then review the Microsoft list data applicable to them and click that yes to all button which will change that column all to yes?

Currently colleagues are needing to go into each individual row one by one to mark them as yes so just wondering if there’s a way to automate this and make the process more efficient
