SP Online UI bugs only in libraries
Hello there,
four month ago, after an UI update from Microsoft, we started to experience bugs with the SharePoint Online UI, exclusively with libraries.
For example it is not possible to view the item history of a selected document, the click is just ignored. On the initial loading of any library, checking the browsers console, while clicking on “version history”, nothing happens, no event, no error. Only some tracking data, i assume, is send to “https://eu-mobile.events.data.microsoft.com/OneCollector/1.0″.
However, if we navigate to a list first and then to a library. Everything works as normal. Some resources seem now to be loaded, which previously didn’t happen.
We have a very basic SP Online environment with minimal customizing. I can not figure it out, the Microsoft support told me to ask here and we are to small of a company to open a paid ticket.
If anyone has an idea of what’s going on here, it would mean a lot.
Also we are willing to pay money to have this fixed, if you think you can fix it or know a company that can help, pls contact me.
