Special character shortcuts working only on Microsoft Word but not in any other applications
During previous iterations of Windows, when I set special character keyboard shortcuts on Word (e.g.,
à, é), these shortcuts would be available on other applications like web browsers. I switched to a new laptop that ran on Windows 11 and set up keyboard shortcuts on Word but these would not work on other applications. Is there a fix for this?
