Make excel count in multiples of 10 but upto 60

I’m trying to create a table showing plus and minus of a minute.
The baseline being 0. We go up in groups of 10 seconds but I can’t seem to make chart stop at 0.5/-0.5 then switch to 1, 1.1 and so on.

Hello, I am using Chromebook C13 yoga and my ArcVM Android Version is 13. I have the Microsoft 365 subsciption and I could edit the Powerpoint normally. Microsoft Forms Spreadsheet not updating after Sensitivity Labels applied
We have created a Microsoft Form on a SharePoint site to collect sensitive data. Our security team wants us to implement an access control sensitivity label applied to the spreadsheet tied to the form data in the even it is accidentally shared.
We created an access control sensitivity label scoped to the few members of the SharePoint site and applied it to the spreadsheet and have verified access is indeed blocked if spreadsheet is shared to anyone not allowed in the label.
The problem occurs when new data is entered into the form: the spreadsheet no longer updates with new data. We can sync the data to a new spreadsheet and the new responses show up with the old. But again if we apply the label, no new form data is updated.
How do we modify the label so that when applied to the form’s spreadsheet, new data is allowed to be added?

I’ve currently got Excel reading a list of times and plotting these times from the list into the correct category and time line, however if the start and finish times spread over 2 hours or more I need it to still read this hour between as a valid value, an example being the start time is 13:45 and the finish time is 15:23 I want excel to know that 14:00 is between these 2 times and give some kind of value, the same if the start time was 13:45 and finish time 16:10 for it to know 14:00 and 15:00 are between these times.
my current formula which works with the times from the list is below, Red being the table of times from the list and green being the times by hour, the times on the list change daily.
=IF(SUMIFS(AP$25:AP$45, AP$25:AP$45, “>=”&$AO12, AP$25:AP$45, “<“&$AO13),1,0)
Does any of this make sense? Top table is where its plot the start and finish times from the bottom 2 tables but its leaving the times between these 2 times blank.

Weird Sharepoint 2019 search issue
We have Sharepoint 2019 on premise. We just found a strange search issue. Hope I can get some idea how to pin down the cause.
So user uploaded two files, one has title DriveCA Input Tool User Guide, name is DriveCA_Input_Tool_User_Guide.pdf, another file has same title, but file name is DriveCA_Input_Tool_User_Guide_2018.pdf.
When search “DriveCA Input Tool User Guide”, user only got DriveCA_Input_Tool_User_Guide_2018.pdf. After I did a full crawl, user can only got DriveCA_Input_Tool_User_Guide.pdf.
So I tried to figure out the cause, I change the title of the 2018 file from “DriveCA Input Tool User Guide” to “DriveCA Input Tool User Guide 2018″ so I can distinguish the two, also to avoid the hide duplicate mentioned in some article. I then found a interesting thing, when I search Title:”DriveCA*”, I can only get the “DriveCA Input Tool User Guide” file. Even I tried Title:”DriveCA*2018″ I cannot get the 2018 file. But if I search Title:”DriveCA Input Tool User Guide 2018″, I can get the 2018 file.
