I can’t open my personal One drive vault
Hello
It doesn’t allow me to enter the personal vault inside my One drive. I have access to all other files except the personal vault.
It asks me to authenticate. I have done it in several ways with the authenticator app, with the password, and after authenticating I get the error “THE CONFIGURATION OF THE PERSONAL STORE CANNOT BE COMPLETED” “THERE WAS A PROBLEM SETTING UP YOUR PERSONAL STORE. TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES “
I have already tried restarting the session, on another device, on a desktop PC and the same problem occurs. I’ve been having this problem for 5 days!!
I have paid the subscription up to date. I have files there that I can’t lose, thank you

Custom Copilot Bot Not Providing Multi-Language Responses
Hello!
I’m new to Copilot and have been tasked with translating our English chatbot into 4 languages. I built German and French and then was made aware I could potentially just add secondary languages within the English version.
I went to my English version and clicked Languages and added 4 secondary languages. I then saved + published. It appears to recognize my prompts in the chosen language, but it’s still answering and asking the questions in English. Is there a way to continue the conversation in French once the question/prompt is asked in French? Or is the bot only able to understand a secondary language and reply in English?
My goal would be to stop building additional chatbots in more languages (still need Spanish and Italian) and just build upon the library in English and have the functions in Copilot translate it for me.
Is there a new version I need to download, do I have to completely rebuild my original English version and set the secondary parameters immediately for it to recognize?
Any and all guidance is much appreciated.

Problem with Branch Protection in Azure DevOps Wiki
I am facing an issue with Azure DevOps and need help understanding the available options in the Wiki. There is an option in the Azure DevOps Wiki that allows making changes directly by creating a branch for review before merging it into the main branch. However, when attempting to do so, we receive the following error: “The versionType should be ‘branch’ and version cannot be null. Parameter name: versionDescriptor.”
I would like to understand why this error occurs and why it is not possible to proceed with this process. We have users who use the Wiki’s built-in editor to develop content, and without this functionality, their work becomes more difficult.
It is important to note that this issue occurs when we use the branch protection feature.

Content Pane: Have option to default to “Recent” images rather than “Stock” images
The new content pane hit my tenant today. There’s one serious sticking point with it: The default promotion of stock images.
My company does not use stock images. We use our own images. The stock images showing up in the content pane are very inappropriate for our content. Images of lions, crayons, canoeing, flower bouquets are showing up. I work in an industry that deals with human life and death every minute of every day. These images are simply inappropriate for what we do. They may be fine for a lot of organizations, but they absolutely, positively are not for mine.
I would LOVE to have the ability to have images recently uploaded to the site be the default in this space rather than stock images. That would actually be helpful to the page editor. The stock images being the default just confuses the editor and makes it more difficult from a corporate content management perspective.

Concat with formatting
I am attempting to concat a number of columns together and add return formatting within the cell. I am able to write the following formula with success. =I2&CHAR(10)&CHAR(10)&K2&CHAR(10)&CHAR(10)&AE2&CHAR(10)&CHAR(10)&L2&M2&CHAR(10)&CHAR(10)&N2&O2,
When I save this excel file, even as a csv and import this file into my POS (Point of Sale) program the POS does not recognize CHAR(10) as a return function. In speaking with the support staff for my POS, this system will only recognize <p> & <p/> as return and paragraph functions to import. Does anyone know how to use <p> & <p/> in and excel formula?

From the error description it looks like a network issue however I need more info to come up with a solution.

Opacity in Call to Action web part
A while back the “Add your call to action text here” portion of the Call to Action web part was changed to be translucent; able to see the imagery behind the text rather than having a solid color background behind the text. This has decreased readability when the background has text within it (such as a sign on a building) or is of a fairly detailed design. I am now spending hours of my week dealing with site editors to adjust these backgrounds so they’re clear to read in desktop and mobile.
I would really like to see this web part have the option to be translucent or opaque. There are times when translucent is fine, but I’m finding there are so, so, so many times where it simply doesn’t work.

MCAS Access Policy not applying to Slack/Google Workspace
Hello,
I am testing conditional access controls for all of our corporate apps, in this case the scope is limited to MS365 apps, Slack and Google Workspace. The exact scenario I am trying to address is, when a non compliant device (managed through Intune + compliance policies) attempts to access any corporate application, I want to restrict access until the device is compliant again.
I have created a AD conditional access policy that will “grant access” requiring one of the selected controls to be checked off as “device to be marked as compliant”, and the Session condition is set to “Use Conditional Access App Control” with the drop down on Use Custom Policy. I have an access policy in MCAS with the following conditions:
Device Tag != Intune Compliant
App – Manual Onboarding = M365, Google Cloud, Slack
if those conditions check off then the action is set to Block and Alert. In my testing I was able to get these controls to work only for the M365 apps, but I am still able to access and use Google and Slack on the non compliant device. Any feedback on if I am doing anything wrong, or if this is a known limitation would be great. Thanks!

Microsoft To Do App Not Working on macOS Ventura 13.6.9 Since January 2024
Hello Community,
I’ve been encountering an issue with the Microsoft To-Do app on my Mac, running macOS Ventura 13.6.9, and I’m seeking advice or a possible solution.
Since January 2024, the app has not been functioning correctly. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including deleting and reinstalling the app several times—it still fails to open or crashes shortly after launching. Additionally, I cannot sign back in after signing out of the app, as the pinwheel keeps spinning endlessly.
Here are the steps I’ve already taken:
Deleted and reinstalled Microsoft To Do multiple times.
Checked for updates on both the app and macOS.
Restarted my Mac after each installation.
I signed out and attempted to sign back in, only to be stuck with an endlessly spinning pinwheel.
None of these actions have resolved the issue. I rely heavily on Microsoft To Do for my daily organization, and this ongoing problem has been quite disruptive.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems, or does anyone have any troubleshooting tips or solutions to recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bookings Calendar Not Showing
When I click on the Bookings icon in Outlook Web I get this and not my bookings page.
After I click Get Started I get this. After I click on Existing Booking Calendar my calendar is not listed.
There’s nothing in the Message Center about issues with Bookings and the Road Map doesn’t have anything to explain this behavior.
So, is my Booking Calendar now gone?

Known issue: New apps not added in APP when targeting “All Apps” or “All Microsoft Apps”
We recently identified an issue where newly added apps aren’t targeted automatically in Microsoft Intune app protection policies (APP) when the policy is targeted to app groups such as “All Apps” or “All Microsoft Apps”. While we’re working on a fix, we recommend updating existing policies that target app groups to ensure all apps within an app group are included and receive APP.
Workaround
Use the steps below to ensure all apps within the app groups are correctly targeted for policy:
Navigate to Microsoft Intune admin center > Apps > App protection policies.
Select the policy that targets the app group “All apps” or “All Microsoft Apps”.
In the Intune App Protection pane, select Properties.
Under Apps, select Edit.
Change the targeted app group. For example, if the policy was targeted to “All apps”, change it to “All Microsoft Apps” and vice versa.
Click Review + create.
When you’re done, click Save to update the app protection policy.
Repeat steps 4-7 by changing the app group in step 5 to the originally targeted app group.
While these steps should only take a few minutes and shouldn’t disrupt your users, we recommend making the changes outside of your normal business hours and completing both targeting changes in a single session.

High Scale log collection in Azure Monitor – Container Insights
Container Insights is Azure Monitor’s solution for collecting logs from your Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. As adoption of AKS continues to grow, we are seeing an increasing number of customers with log scaling needs that hit the limits of log collection in Container Insights.
We are happy to announce High Scale mode in Container Insights to help customers achieve a higher log collection throughput from their AKS clusters.
When High Scale mode is enabled, Container Insights does multiple configuration changes leading to a higher overall throughput. These include using a more powerful agent setup, using a different data pipeline, allocating more memory for agent, and more. All these changes are made in the background by the service and do not require input or configuration from customers.
High Scale mode impacts only the data collection layer (with a new DCR) – the rest of the experience remains the same. Data flows to our existing tables, your queries and alerts work as before too. High Scale mode is available to all customers but requires customers to opt-in to use.

Security Risks: Image drift can introduce security risks, as the container may run software or processes that were not part of the original image. This can create a security blind spot, as traditional image scanning may not detect these changes
Detection: Detecting image drift involves monitoring the container for changes that deviate from the original image. This can be done using tools that compare the running container’s state with its original image.
Prevention: To prevent image drift, it is recommended to implement image immutability, regularly update base images, and use image scanning tools. Monitoring and alerting for image drift can also help in identifying and addressing any deviations.

Freezing Pane Protection Requirement Shared Drive

Current Situation:
I am currently working with a team collaboratively on an Excel sheet. The creator of the shared file has set and communicated a standard freeze pane on a particular column & row.
Issue:
Since it is a shared file on OneDrive, there are instances where users are tampering with the freeze panes that have been communicated to stay as is. This causes formatting errors, hence affecting the whole data set as a whole.
Query:
Is there a way to protect the file as such that cells can be updated (input can be added), BUT the freeze panes set should stay permanently where no one can format this.
I have tried locking cells with the sheet protection, however I still can unfreeze and freeze panes still.
