Can’t create folders or files in a new sharepoint site after it is created in Power Automate
I’m encountering issues when creating Team sites via Power Automate. Specifically, the “General” folder and private channel folders are not being generated as expected.
I’ve attempted using the _api/web/lists/ensureSiteAssetsLibrary endpoint, but the issue persists.
Please refer to the attached image to see the specific error.
The warning message within the red circle reads: “A mistake occurred while retrieving the channel’s SharePoint URL.”

Link works fine in Google Chrome and Incognito window of Edge. I have cleared the Edge browser data and the link works; however if a new email is sent I need to clear out the browser data again for the link to work…

Help on error message “There’s a problem with this formula”
I am trying to write a formula with 3 possible outcomes, but I keep getting the “There’s a problem with this formula” error message, and I can’t figure out why. Here is what I have:
=IF(C18=E91:E95,K18+K32+K34-K36,IF(AND(C18=E138:E143,MAX(SUM(K32:K35)-K36,8500),IF(AND(C18=E86:E135,MAX(SUM(K32:K35)-K36,7000),””)))))
This is for an invoice, and C18 will equal a service code. There are multiple service codes, but there are 3 ways to find the total for the invoice.
1. If service code is in E91:E95, then it should total this way K18+K32+K34-K36
2. If service code is in E138:E143, then we need to add K32:K35 and subtract K36, but the minimum total it can be is $8,500.00, if over this amount then use the total.
3. If service code is in E86:E135, then we need to add K32:K35 and subtract K36, but then minimum total it can be is $7,000.00, if over this amount then use the total.

Outlook office 2021 problem with Windows 11 computer account

just installed Office 2021 on my wife’s PC
Run Outlook classic and it will not run as it wants to use the pst and ost files on a second PC account she has but does not use. If I run as admin it opens with the old PC user ID and runs.
I copied the pst and ost to the new uesr ID but still refuses to run as it wats to use her old ID.
Any ideas gratefully recieved.

Computer / System Protection using large amount of storage
We have a domain controller (Windows Server 2019 Standard) which has the DPM agent installed and is backed up through DPM (2019).
The domain controller has a 600GB disk and the used space is approx. 50GB as this server doesn’t perform any other function.
We have noticed that the Computer System Protection data source is using over 900GB of disk storage.
Why would the System Protection be using so much storage space for backups?

Empowering future tech leaders at Anchieta University
Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) and former Microsoft Student Ambassadors such as Elton Bordim, Osanam Giordane, Claudio Raposo, Milena Sousa, Johnson de Souza Cruz, Renicius Fostaini organized a large event focused on Microsoft technologies. They collaborated with 7 MVPs and Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) as well as well-known technical experts like Marcelo Pacifico, Eduardo Popovici to conduct 6 workshops as part of the Anchieta University IT-Week, in Brazil.
Some Brazilian MVPs kept a strong connection with their university after they graduated and left the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador program. Now, as part of the MVP Award community they have made strong connections with community leaders and technical experts that allowed them to successfully host a big Microsoft AI and Infra- focused conference as part of the Anchieta University IT-Week.
As recently graduated IT-Engineering students, they best know the content and learning materials that can help students to develop skills that will set them for success. They worked with several university professors to set 6 hands-on-lab workshops, focused on Microsoft AI, Function App, Cloud Infrastructure, HCI and DevOps that can serve to participants as a foundation for further Microsoft deep learning. A great connections they made during the short period of time where they have been part of the MVP Award program, could have a brilliant group of MVPs and MCTs as workshop instructors.
This is the first time that Anchieta University has offered such a compelling set of technical sessions focusing on Microsoft technologies during the IT-Week, that counted with the participation of 2,000 students at this year’s edition.
MVP Johnson de Souza Cruz and MCT Marcelo Pacífico conducted a laboratory of excellence in artificial intelligence, offering a hands-on immersion with Microsoft Copilot. On the first day, there was even overcrowding, everyone wanted to be in this room. MVP Cláudio Raposo conducted the Function App lab, providing an incredible hands-on immersion during the workshop. Lucas Sousa brought the integration with OpenAI on Azure to boost productivity in modern systems. MCT Eduardo R. Sant’Ana Popovici and MVP Elton Bordim presented on modern infrastructure solutions and conducted laboratories focused on Active Directory, Security and Management with Azure Arc. João Ullmann, brought a great presentation on hyperconverged infrastructure, which excited the class. The event concluded with an in-depth look at Azure Arc.
Microsoft had a strong presence at Anchieta University IT-Week that brought a great opportunity for students to gain knowledge, connect with Microsoft community groups and the Microsoft Reactor and discover Microsoft Learn as their main learning platform. Participants had the chance to see former Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors in action and learn more about how to apply to become one of them.
This event set the tone for a further ongoing collaboration with the Anchieta University and maybe other institutions, connecting them with Microsoft community groups, the Microsoft Reactor as well as inspiring fresh students to join the Microsoft Student Ambassador Program.

Spacer web part – Horizontal space?
Has anyone used this functionality of the Spacer web part:
Drag the gray bar up or down for vertical space; “drag the corner boxes in or out for horizontal space“. Or, use the up and down arrow keys to resize.
I use it for vertical space, however I have never been able to use this for horizontal space – as the Microsoft guide proposes: Add vertical space to a page with the Spacer web part – Microsoft Support

Outlook – no options working, at my wits end
Hello everyone,
I could really do with some help or advice.
Since yesterday I have been trying to reset my password. The authenticator option doesn’t work because obviously I can’t login on it because I have to reset my password. The mobile option never ever works, it says to try later but when I do the same message happens all the time. I have a recovery key that also never works. The only thing that works is the email, but because I have the 2 factor authentication on, it tells me I need a second key.
I’m extremely frustrated because none of the options provided by microsoft work!!! I mean, what’s the point of presenting a mobile and a recovery key if the website isn’t accepting any of these! I don’t know what else to do. I do really need access to my email, where I have important stuff and yes, I know I’m not more important that anybody else, but I just need to get into it. I’m at the point of crying honestly.
Does anyone have any work around this please? Anything at all? I’ve tried speaking to an agent, that’s a dead end. I know exactly what’s on my email, I can tell customer support all the folders I have to prove that I’m the owner, I just don’t know what to do anymore.

Server 2022 GPO roaming profile issues
I’m pretty weak with Domains but doing pretty good except for an issue that just popped up on me. I setup roaming or redirected profiles with GPO and included the “appdata(roaming)” folder and just had first issue with an installation. I was trying to install Zoom client and it fails. I had previously tried to install another app that is web related. It appears that I have a permissions issue writing to whereever these installers need. I am having a horrible time trying to open up permissions or determine what I really need to do. I have even assigned the domain user with domain admin rights with no luck. I have been able to install most other items without issue. Things like MS Office, printer software, and so on.

Username change is not reflecting in Teams channel while adding him to channel
Hello all,
Recently we changed name of one of our users and that change reflected everywhere well but for the user’s manager when they try to add this user to a Teams channel, they are getting the old name.
I had checked the users name in AD, Azure AD, M365 admin center, Exchange admin center
Everywhere it seems to be updated but the user is reporting he is still seeing the old name for him only while adding this user to teams channel.
Please suggest me what I need to check.
