Disable “out of office” message
Hello. I’ve seen that in the past it was possible to hide/disable the “out of office” messages in group chats and private chats. The one I’m thinking of is that purple bar that is located just above where you type your messge. We have co-workers that are away for long periods of times, and to see that message all the time is quite frustating. Is there any sulotion to this problem? And no, I do not want to remove that member from the chat.

Teams Information barriers for external users
Hi All,
I am looking for native Teams possibilities to enforce rule based on conditions Teams users. Conditions are based on domain what features are allowed for Teams users.
Ex: Both user A & B are internal users. They are initiating Teams external meetings for various domains.
I want to make sure, user A must only allow to communicate with specific set of domains and block sending meeting invites other domains. Same apply to user B as well.
Note: Teams only supports for External access allowed domains and blocked domains only. If i would allow only specific domains both user A & B can send meeting invites to all allowed domains. But this doesn’t meet the requirement.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

wie kann ich per PowerShell alle Exchange FolderPermission filtern nach RecipientType -eq “Unknown”. Für eine Mailbox ist das kein Problem Get-MailboxFolderPermission “mail” | Select User,@{Name=”RecipientType”;Expression={$($_.User.UserType)}}.

Well-Architected Framework Alignment
As customers are facing challenges of ensuring their workloads are resilient and reliable in the face of unpredictable events, AVM is adapting as one of the tools that customers can leverage to proactively improve the reliability and resiliency of their workloads inline with the Well-Architected Framework, Reliability Hub and Azure Proactive Reliance Library.
With this in mind the AVM Team has updated the ‘What does AVM mean by “WAF Aligned” Section on our site and we are actively engaging in ensuring we have module alignment across both Bicep and Terraform. So….Whats been done so far?
Testing & Validation
Within the CI Framework for Azure Verified Modules, both Bicep & Terraform have been updated to specifically test against the reliability pillar of the well-architected framework by default (Where there is no external dependency).
For Terraform an Automated Testing Framework has been built to support WAF alignment using TFLint by our core-team and Terraform Engineering Team, the framework is continually expanding its rule-set to ensure the rules for each resource are included.
With Bicep we are leveraging the partnership from the AVM Core Team with the PS Rule to ensure we are capturing the latest tests from the latest baselines.
Integration with our tooling to make sure our examples and defaults align with the expected outcome of a reliable resources is key to ensuring we have our modules “fully tested” meaning if any of these tests fail, we will not publish any new versions until the tests are passing.

General Bicep Updates
CARML Migration Completed – For our external community that was leveraging CARML until the modules had been migrated to AVM, this is now complete. That means we now have all 132 modules in AVM from the CARML Repository adhering to the AVM Testing framework!
Implemented and documented support for additional post-deployment tests that users can implement in their examples and end-to-end test folders and are picked up by the CI after a deployment as a contributor to a module.

I created a Hyper-V virtual machine on Windows 10. I want the Guest machine to share a few folders with the Host. I enabled the Remote Desktop Services in the Windows Settings, the VM is on Enhanced mode and the BIOS is set for Virtual operation and I have followed the sharing procedures for each folder.
To connect, I keep being asked to provide credentials but I don’t have this (never set these before). How to fix this?

AVD Adding users to Remote Desktop User Group
Hi all,
From my understanding AVD uses port 443 (HTTPS) to connect users to their virtualized environment. However, I have noticed that AVD automatically adds users to the Remote Desktop Users Group, which is meant originally for port 3389 (RDP). I spoke with a Microsoft Support Specialist regarding this and it was mentioned this was used as a break-glass method in case users cannot connect through 443. My question is then, is it necessary to have users added to the Remote Desktop Users Group? And is there any way we could stop the automation in adding users to that group?
