OneDrive changes metadata on files
I’ll try to make this brief.
OneDrive is not accepting/changing the metadata on my images after edit.
What happens is this:
1) I create an image file with keywords in DAM
2) OD uploads correctly.
3) I make a change to the file, e.g. keywords
4) OD uploads OK.
Then
5) a minute or two later OD redownloads the file without the keyword edit, reverting to previous version.
6) DAM sees the change, and reverts the keywords.
And then I’m in a perpetual loop.
I have had 2 MS support cases on this, supplied videos, had screen share sessions and on all occasions, the support agents stop responding either by email or by phone.
This is a very worrying issue and I see that others have experienced this over the last few years. I have had to remove my Photo library from OD, work on a local drive and rely on backups.
Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Difference between guest and member in a channel
Before you scold me I know the difference between the two. But I have a case that gave me some headache.
In one of our private teams we have people from outside our organisation also known as Guests. So far, so good. However, when you look closer in TAC (Teams Admins Center) and you look deeper into each channel, you can see that same member, known as Guest is here listed as Member. Any idea of why this is happening?

Wie kann ich herausfinden, wie mein Zugangsname lautet für das passende Konto? Evt. wird dort noch uralte Email-Adresse verwendet, die schon lange nicht mehr aktuell ist.

A user who has recently been assigned a Copilot for M365 license has approached myself with an issue I have not been able to find an answer to. They’re trying to reference files in Teams using the forward slash (/) command, but no pop-up is showing up when they do so; no other user who has been assigned the license is experiencing this issue. Output names to a grid comparing two data points
Hi
I have a table with columns for student names and assessment scores for multiple assessments, each graded 1 to 9. I also have a tracking table where grades for one assessment go horizontally and a second set of grades go vertically. I am looking for some help devising a formula that will output any of the names from the data table that have assessment grades, (for example Assessment 1 is 9,and assessment 2 is 9), to the appropriate cell in the grid where 9 and 9 intersect.

Microsoft ActionPack – still missing Office 2021!
For £420 per year it’s pretty disgraceful that with Office 2024 due for release soon we still don’t have access to Office 2021 in the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (stuck on Office 2019). Back in the day MS would send out CDs/DVDs in the post as soon as new software was launched but now they can’t even be bothered uploading it to the website for us to download it ourselves!
I’ve spoken to two people at Microsoft about this, and even had a teams call. While they were very friendly and understanding they were not senior enough to actually do anything about it.
Come on Microsoft – we’re your ‘partners’ and you expect us to pay a LOT of money every year for the privilege. At least get the latest versions on the Software Benefits site!

I am new to using Dataverse and power query.
I am currently use two excel files – one for material data source and other for partlist.
So far, no trouble, but with growing number of materials.
I want to change the excel data source to Dataverse.
Background:
Using an excel file as main material data source.Other excel file uses XLOOKUP to find the item code to pull item details.Material data is growing (so far 5,000 rows). Thinking to change the data source to Dataverse.
Questions:
I understand by creating query connection – the data needs to load into the target file then I can use XLOOKUP to query table.But I want it to selective – instead of all 5,000 data to be pulled into file.Can the power query be selective based on the item code that was used on the partlist?

I’m building Windows 10 Enterprise machines with user-driven Hybrid AzureAD join and Windows Autopilot. I also use a user initiated VPN for line of sight of our domain controllers/enterprise and these systems are co-managed. One issue I have is expidting the installation of applications from MECM. Once a device has the agent installaled it seems ot take over 1 hr before any software is pulled. How can I reduce this time?
