I cannot use any Macros due to workplace policy so this needs to be done with formulas.
I have a list of names that needs to repeat into another table based on a cell repeat factor i.e. 3 times, 4 times etc
I attach an example spreadsheet and the desired output I am after.
The original table has names, a date range per name (ie. May to July) and a calculated repeat factor based on this date range. For example May to July is 3 months inclusive. Therefore the number of rows to display in the new table is 3, one row for each relevant month.
Can anyone help me do this with formula please?

Onedrive re-downloading old file versions
Apologies if this is discussed somewhere else, I’ve trawelled as best as I can but nothing specific to this issue.
I am currently using Onedrive for photo backup, a collection of 50k+ photos. I’m now in the process of tagging and adding keywords to them to build a database that is easier to search from desktop or phone of people or events etc.
However I am becoming increasingly annoyed by onedrive undoing any of the keywords I am adding in batch.
I can organise and sort a few hundred of these in a day with tags, faces etc using third party apps. These changes then upload to onedrive, but within 5 minutes onedrive will resync and download the previous file versions, sans keywords. It isn’t every file, isn’t every folder just a random selection that will forever remain in this loop. I can wait for all syncing to complete then manually go into that file via explorer, re-apply tags and then watch as onedrive waits 30 seconds and redownloads that file once again without the tag data. The only fix I have found is to drag the file away from onedrive so the file is “Deleted” from the server, apply the changes offline and the re-upload the file as a whole new file. It seems that the issue also follows if I make and edit an offline file version to edit and then upload as Onedrive is now, once again taking any new changes and overriding them with the old file version.
All files are synced for offline use in onedrive so appear on my hard drive for easy access on my main PC.
Anyone know what the issue might be? I’ve tried rebuilding the Folder, relinking my account and clearing the cache.

File Plan Label removal from all content
When our tenant was first setup MS came in and showed us how to setup retention labels, they were all setup for disposition review on the request of Upper Management.
I am now in the unenviable position of trying to remove these labels several years later as we’ve explained to Management that it’s not viable to review every document being deleted in our tenant.
I have an issue where all of the labels have been unpublished from Sharepoint Sites but the labels still remain on the documents that were tagged.
I can remove retention labels easily from existing documents but the Preservation Hold Library is different.
I am unable to remove documents from in here even with the labels unpublished. I disabled the policy several days ago and I am still unable to delete this Library.

I have created a bot app using teams toolkit and run it locally. Using the teams toolkit, it has automatically created a app in developer portal of teams, created a app in app registrations in azure and a bot in botframework. The app in app registration in azure is supporting Multiple organizations. Now using this I have hosted the bot on server of which endpoint I have also mentioned. So the app is running in my tenant. Suppose I want my client which is other organization to install and use this bot without publishing into the marketplace. How and what to configure to use them. Or the user can have just upload the manifest file and use it even though it is registered in my tenant?

How to manage FileVault personal recovery keys with Intune on previously encrypted MacOS devices
With the rapidly evolving digital landscape, organizations are increasingly turning to Microsoft Intune as their preferred MDM (Mobile Device Management) provider and working on migrating devices from existing MDM solutions to Microsoft Intune.
Migrating device management from one MDM Provider to Microsoft Intune requires several configurations – more details can be found in this article. In this blog, we are going to take a closer look at MacOS device migration from JAMF to Intune, with focus on FileVault key escrow feature.
Migrating MacOS devices from JAMF to Intune involves several steps to ensure smooth transition of the device to Intune and minimizing the impact of productivity. During this process, one of the biggest challenges is getting FileVault recovery keys escrowed back to Intune. We will be focusing on steps which we took to escrow the personal FileVault recovery key to Intune. The specifics of your migration may vary depending on your organization’s requirements and the complexity of your existing setup. It is recommended to thoroughly plan and test each step to minimize disruption during the migration process.
There are two main scenarios in which the FileVault key storage process can be categorized:
Device was not FileVault enabled before Intune enrollment (FileVault enabled via Intune policy after enrollment)
Devices marked as “Personal”: Recovery key can only be seen by the user via the Company Portal Website
Devices marked as “Corporate”: Recovery key can be seen by IT (information technology) administrators in addition to owner of the device
Device was FileVault enabled before Intune enrollment:
In this case, the FileVault recovery key is not managed, and Intune is unable to escrow. It is most likely that the recovery key was stored in iCloud.
From this point on, we will be focusing on the 2nd scenario.
The following error message will be shown for the FileVault setting in Intune policy reporting, if FileVault was enabled before Intune enrollment. Intune requires FileVault ownership to apply the “Enable FileVault” setting successfully:
There are multiple ways in which FileVault management can be assumed by Intune. In our implementation, we chose options 2 and 3 from below because they do not require decryption and re-encryption of the drives. Re-encryption adds additional complexity as it will expose user data during this process and consume more time to complete migration. Also, regardless of the option, the steps outlined must be executed by the user who initially enabled FileVault:
From MacOS GUI (graphical user interfaces): From GUI, there is no option to just refresh the recovery key, so it is required to decrypt the device and re-encrypt the device.
On the device, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click Privacy & Security in the sidebar, then click FileVault on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)
Turn off FileVault and turn it back on
Device sync
Terminal commands to refresh the recovery key
Users need to launch the Terminal app on the device.
Run “sudo fdesetup changerecovery -personal”
You will be prompted to enter device admin credentials.

Workaround to avoid duplicate content marking when using a third-party signature tool?

Been hitting my head against a wall trying to deal with Microsoft support, so I’m hoping someone here may be able to assist me more effectively!
We are adding content marking to emails when certain sensitivity labels are applied, e.g. ‘Internal’. We’ve also started trialing a third-party signature tool (Exclaimer) to apply server-side and client-side signatures to outgoing mail.
Unfortunately, since implementing Exclaimer signatures, duplicate content marking is being applied to the emails. Based on the below thread and comment by ratzq, this has been previously logged with Microsoft and they advised it’s a bug.
I’m wondering whether anyone has successfully implemented a workaround to avoid this problem, or can confirm whether there is still no known solution.
After spending several hours on calls with Microsoft support then being told the “behaviour is expected”, I’m not optimistic. I also raised a ticket with Exclaimer, but they weren’t able to help – and since it’s the content marking which is appearing twice, as opposed to the signature, I don’t believe it’s anything they can affect.

We’ve also started trialing a third-party signature tool (Exclaimer) to apply server-side and client-side signatures to outgoing mail. Unfortunately, since implementing Exclaimer signatures, duplicate content marking is being applied to the emails. Where to report a Bug on Outlook web? // Problem with one time code
Hi, I have two mails, let’s call them A and B. Yesterday I changed the mail where the one time code are send on A. As I was receiving a lot of one time codes as someone was trying to access A account, I decided to change the mail where I was going to receive one time codes. I used an alias of B, lets call it B1, and deleted B as the mail to send one time codes. The intention was to keep safe B, as if they discover the mail where one time codes are send and try to log in in it, the alias(B1) is not used to log.
The problem is that since that moment, I can’t change configurations on A, or even login where the one time code is needed. When the screen that ask that information appears, it crash and the screen turns white. I supose that something was saved incorrectly on Microsoft database and for that reason when the screen is loading, it receives a null value and it crash.
Here I attach the pictures of the error I receive when I need a One time code on A account:
I what to ask if it will take to A some days to recognise the new mail to send one time codes (B1), or it is an error. If it takes some days I don’t have problem with wait, but if it is an error I would like to know where to report the bug.
I was about to configure a cell number to recieve the codes, but when I saw the screen, the configuration session was expired and the error started to happen (dumb of me ).
To sum up:
On A I added B1(an alias of B) as mail to receive one time codes, then I delete the previous configuration to receive one time codes that were B. Since then, when Outlook needs to ask A for a one time code, the web crashes with a white screen.
Thanks , it is an specific problem, but I would like to recover that A account, I don’t mind if the mail to receive one time codes it’s rolled back to the previous mail B or keeps the new B1.

Unable to Receive System-Generated Emails
Can anyone help me on this. We’re currently using Exchange Server 2013. We have issue where system-generated emails are not being received but we are able to receive emails from users email with the same domain name. TIA
