I completed the certification requirement for the Microsoft Innovation Challenge, but when I try to register for the Hackathon using the site in the voucher email, I get an error. I’m using the same credentials I used for Microsoft Learn, and after logging in, I get this message:

Message: AADSTS500200: User account ’email address removed for privacy reasons’ is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

I’m not sure how to get past this error and have contacted both the organizer for BIT and Microsoft for support to no avail.

Can anyone provide any insight on how to resolve this issue?
