Hi- recently a number of our users suddenly can no longer access Viva Goals, either through Teams or web browser. On the browser, both a direct link to Viva Goals or going through the Office Portal gives them similar issues.

Confirming they all have licenses applied to their accounts on Admin Center and are in our one and only organization. I also don’t see anyone on the user-led trials being affected by this.

+ we have Teams Admin Center granting access to Viva Goals org-wide.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to solve?

I personally can’t see a pattern to see what might be causing this…
