I am trying to build a drop-down list from a range of cells: D5:J5

D5:F5 are Merged

G5:I5 are Merged

J5:L5 are Merged

DEFGHEJKLAction 1 is in D5Action 2 is in G5Action 3 is in J5         

Using the following:

My Drop-down is showing a gap between Action 1 and Action 2.

What am I doing wrong?
