I had my computer set to ‘Never ask for PIN’ and it was doing just fine until I restarted it and it installed some updates. Now I am back to it asking for my PIN every time it wakes from sleep. I SO do not need this! I live alone and no one else is able to touch my computer. I am the administrator and only user for the computer.

I have opened the netplwiz file, and unchecked the box that says a user must sign in, but the problem persists.

Recently, I also gave Google access to my Microsoft files, and I am wondering if Google is responsible for the problem. I got a popup today saying Google was asking for my PIN. This was not when I was signing into the computer after waking it up, though, but a different situation. 

Please  help –  have tried everything I can think of!
