My Windows screen will go completely black and unresponsive. It’s like the computer is stuck or frozen, but it’s not shutting down or restarting. The keyboard and mouse don’t work, and I can’t even get to the login screen. Sometimes I have to wait for a few minutes, and then the screen will flicker back to life and everything will be normal again. But other times, I have to restart my computer manually.
