Opt-In and Opt-Out issues
Several users in our environment have reported that the opt-in and opt-out features in call queue are behaving very strange. It seems like an opt-in or opt-out change does not always goes through properly and reverts. Anyone has the same issue? Could this be a bug in the Teams 2.0 client?
