Can I open scripts in the same window as the command window?
I have MATLAB R2015a and was wondering if there was a way to open the scripts and/or functions window within the main application without it opening a second window specifically for the script/function. I just want to reduce some of the clutter and simplify the work without going between pages.

Memory profiling an app designer app?
My app designer app has a memory leak. I don’t understand how this would happen, because I have only a finite number of array variables, and I assume that when the data in one of these is replaced, the old data are flushed and garbage collected. Right?
But anyway, I need to do memory profiling and see when the upticks in usage are happening. The documentation I can find mostly refers to profiling for speed, and profiling small chunks of code. How do I profile for memory, and watch the whole app? (Or sprinkle memory usage checkpoints throughout my code?) And an old third-party post I see a reference to a built in command memory, but it seems to no longer exist, it gets an error "Function MEMORY is not available on this platform." (I’m using a Mac.) Let say I want to predict the strength of a composite material using ANN. Is it possible to return a series of equations in the output layer in ANN model? The reason I asked is simply because I want to know how the ANN correlates the independent variables in the input layer and hidden layers, also whether or not that relationship makes any sense in practice.

I’m getting the ‘Not enough input arguments’ error event though I am pretty sure I am giving all the arguments needed at all times
Created a Newton System Solver for Non-linear system, but when I try to run it for this function, I get that error for line 21 in the Slammer1 function. The Solver does work with other generic functions, and when I just input my initial guess (y0 = [5e4,0,0,0,5e4]) in Slammer1, it work as well. But when I try to join them together it falls apart. I’ve checked over and over again, I really have no idea what else to do. Thanks in advance.

I am trying to generate a C code which is compliant with autosar from a model (I am using Matlab 2020 for code generation) but when I generated the code I get this error:
Error using Simulink.ModelReference.Conversion.SubsystemConversion/convert
Configuring a subsystem as an AUTOSAR SW-Component is not supported. Please convert the subsystem to a model and then configure the model as an AUTOSAR SW-Component.
So to convert the subsystem to model I select Subsystem Block I want to convert then in Subsystem Block tab, select Convert > Model Block
For conversion, some checks need to be passed but my check is failed in ^ Check subsystem content and I get this error
Check failed

Arduino simulink gets wrong timing with pulse generator
Hi, I’m facing a problem with the arduino package for simulink. I set up the model to fixed step discrete with a step size of 0.001 s. In the model I’m trying to do 2 things: blink an led each second(for 1 s the led is on and for 1 s is off); Print to the serial a number coming from a constant block of simulink. I tried setting the pulse generator pulse type time based, specifying the 2 seconds period with 50% pulse width, and also sample based, specifiyng the sample time of 0.001s (as the model) and imposing period of 2000 samples and pulse width of 1000 samples, to get the correct timing. Both ways i cannot get the led to blink with the correct timing, it seems like it is taking much longer, while i can see that the arduino is continuously printing the number on the serial, through the serial monitor of arduino ide after i deployed the code. Interestingly, if i delete the serial print block, the led blinks correctly, with both pulse types (time based and sample based). What am i not getting right? Thanks
