right scroll wheel is too high up
Hi,
I have a very long document that we have finished editing – 15,000 rows it has several columns across. I have set the print area thinking it would help this problem but it hasn’t, I had to manually select all the rows/columns, I don’t know what the keyboard shortcut is for this.
The scroll wheel thing on the right-hand side is very high up the page rather than at the bottom of the document which is where I was expecting it to show. I cannot move that scroll thing to where I would like because the area is too small obviously.
See the picture, this is where the end of the document is, you can see the long section below it that has no data in it.
I hope this makes sense to everyone, it’s really irritating that I cannot scroll through the document to move to through the document vertically.
Can I correct this problem?

New non profit account, can’t access admin panel
We have existing 365 email through GoDaddy. Have recently been accepted for a nonprofit account with Microsoft and plan to not move over completely and leave GoDaddy behind, however when registering I stupidly selected transfer account rather than create a new account. Now when I try to log in and access the admin panel it redirects to the GoDaddy admin.
Do I need to start again and register and will that be accepted as might show up as a duplicate account or can the account be transferred so we have the temporary onMicrosoft.net domain for setting things up before we switch over from GoDaddy?

SC-300 Exam Format Change
Hello. I unfortunately failed two SC-300 exams, one in February and the other this week. The exam formats were drastically different:
Date of exam: 8 May 2024
56 questions, no lab
Date of exam: 6 February 2024
48 questions with lab containing 11 tasks
For the 8 May’s exam, I was rushing to complete the questions so that I have time for the lab, which did not exist. Plus, I had a series of questions available for review, and I had to take a break to go to the bathroom. When I returned, they were gone.
For the 6 February exam, the lab environment was unstable and kept prompting me to login after about 10-15 minutes of use. I failed to complete 3 tasks since I could not pass the signin errors. I reported this to both PearsonVue and Microsoft at the time, and the results were that they would not address (or could not find) the issues.
I reported these to PearsonVue, and they just referred me to Microsoft. So who do I report the latest exam format discrepancies in Microsoft? –George

External Calls aren’t showing in Teams App only Outlook- All users
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue where when someone receives a call from an external number and they leave a voicemail. A notification shows in the Teams app, letting the user know one has been received but it doesn’t show within calls> voicemail. An email is then received by outlook saying a voicemail has been received with the attached audio.mp3 file.
We are currently in a hybrid set up and the issue seems to have arose around the time we upgraded from exchange 2016 to 2019.
I’ve had a look around, checking the connectors etc but nothing obvious is standing out and have reached a bit of a dead end with it.
Any assistance or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have two sheet, Sheet 1 Attendance and Sheet 2 Workshop attended
How to automate the attendance to match the person email to the workshop and cohort
and indicate Y attended , absent based on the data in sheet 2?
If the person attendance and sheet 2 has a grey Y it should show as Y and a badge icon – replace the current tick Yes
as I need to know if the badge has been awarded to him once it’s completed.
Can please advise? I downloaded the template fr excel temp.

Team channel collaboration might be a better choice than always creating a new team to host discussions about a topic, especially if channels grow in features. Now that a single team can support a mix of up to 1,000 regular, shared, and private channels, all of which can be archived, is it a good option to continue to create new teams? The answer is probably not, especially if Microsoft continues on a path to develop channel capabilities.

Error while accessing Non-Profit Hub
Hello, I have a problem to access the Non-Profit Hub. The login is successful (via MS authenticator) but the redirect to the home page of Non-Profit Hub fails and I get an error that I am not allowed to go ahead at the moment. I opened two cases and both where closed because the responsible support team member told me that I hadn’t been able to provide any documents to verify my identity and association with the Nonprofit organization. I don’t understand why I has to provide that information because the login was successful and all my contact information where stored in the MS account of our organization. But for both cases (2404100040001826, 2404170040002248) we had provided infomation about my assocation (email sent to me by MS Non Profit, just before problem happens, to approve the sponsorship of our organization and a business letter of our organization to describe my assocation). Without this support I am not able to request the Office 365 licenses and the MS Azure feature we want to use. Any idea how to solve the deadlock?

I have a Scenario on Paginated Report (SSRS Reports), I Have developed a Report where i have Product Name Parameter. This Parameter is Text Parameter, Where I can type in the values for Product Name parameter and Submit the report for result. Result would be rendered like One page(or) Tab for each Product (Ex: If I type in 3 Product names in parameter 3 pages or tabs will be created in excel, one for each product). Now the scenario is if I Type in 3 Product name and i have data for only two products and 3rd product has no data, in this case I have requirement to show new tab for 3rd product saying No data Available for selected Parameter and need to show the Product Name as well.
